Hello and :welcome: to the forum.

I’m guessing you’re in the States somewhere. The bottom two look to have originated there. The first one is of most interesting to me and the one most worth restoring, but that’s just my personal opinion.
The Cinelli would benefit from disassembly and clean up, new cables, grease and whatever else needs doing. I’d guess it’s from the sixties or thereabouts. Rather than a repaint I’d give it an ‘oily rag’ make over. Add some new tyres (might be tubs) and it’d be ready for the road. Is it your size? Like to see some more pictures of it please. Nice bike. Looks all original.
Should look something like this:

639483

What was your intention in acquiring them?
Were mostly Brits on here so I’ll leave it to some of our US members to comment. @Gravity Aided is used to working with these types so could give some more info.

The twin plate fork crown on the tandem suggests pre WW 2

Had another look at the tandem.
Clip type headset dates it to well before 1950 as most companies had stopped fitting them by then .
Wooden front wheel rim .
It could also be a rear streerer as well . More pictures would help . If it is what I think it is, it is a rare machine.
My guess it is a Colson or an even earlier Geneva rear streering tandem . Both were made in the USA
