How far can I go?

I'm going to be getting a new bike soon (hopefully). I'm currently trying to decide between a Ribble Evo Pro (which is currently on sale, ultegra/fsa groupset, but limited other options) or a Ribble Sportive Racing with a full 105 groupset, slightly better wheels, and a bit more customisation. With the Evo Pro, I can't spec much else besides size and colour due to it being on sale. Whereas, with the sportive racing, I can build it to my needs (I would prefer an 11-32 cassette as I'm pretty crap at climbing hills and the evo pro comes with a 12-25). Does anyone know if the differences are that major? My rides are mainly anything from 30-65 miles/day, 120-160 miles a week. I don't race, but ride for pure pleasure.

As long as I breathe, I attack.
You can always change the cassette yourself or get a bike shop to change it assuming the evo pro has a rear derailleur that can handle the 32 tooth cassette .

I would think the Evo Pro with the 12-25 cassette would be supplied with a short cage rear mech so if you wanted to swap the cassette for an 11-32 then you would need longer chain and a longer cage rear mech.
I would ring Ribble, they may supply the bike with the gearing you require, definitely worth asking the question.

Ask about being able to change bars and stem from the stock. Standard bars on men's / unisex bikes are quite wide often for a women's shoulders

Wrong thread maybe?
Why? The OP is female and is asking about a bike where she says only the size of the frame and colour can be chosen. I ride a 54cm frame, typically these come with a 42cm bar, I need a 38/40 or I get wrist pain and a 100cm stem, often it's 110cm on a 54cm frame. Changing those after purchase will cost £50+

You suggested asking about the rear mech, hence I suggested asking about bars and stem too. These are things a company like Ribble might be willing to change when building the bike

Sorry, presumed it was the wrong thread as the OP was only asking about gear ratios. I didn't realise that the OP was female, your additional info/advice on bars & stem is a good point.

'Tis a photo of me! My wife is far more attractive (I'm batting way above my league). After an evening of research and bike building, I think I've decided on the sportive racing in matt black with green accents. The geometry of the size I would need is closer to my specialized than the evo pro, and my specialized is quite a comfortable ride. I also like that in the advance bike builder, I could customise it to my liking (and have added mid-range tyres, finishing kit, etc). It will be the last bike I buy for awhile, so I figured I would splurge a bit (although it will still be a month or so before I can purchase it). And like vickster, I need a 38cm handlebars and an even shorter stem (80mm).

you will need a mdedium cage to handle that 32 teeth cassette, I use a Shimano Ultegra it handles the 32 teeth smoothly
