another raleigh twenty

Mrs roadrash says I have an addiction problem, she could well be right , anyhow I have acquired another Raleigh twenty, 1974 folder, all original, but missing the handlebar stem clamp , its the first one ive had that still has the plastic brake lever hoods , and solid white rubber pedals (well they will soon be white again).
Apart from that clamp it is complete , if anyone has one please let me know,
For now the only plan is to clean up the frame and polish up the chrome.

The sturmey archer rear hub was a bit grindy and notchy, gave it a couple of days soaked in paraffin, and gave it some fresh oil ,to pinch one of black adders statements...... its now smoother than a cashmere codpiece

They seem to pop up regularly on ebay not too far from me, and reasonably priced , although usually collection only , if you ever see one you like advertised anywhere near to me, I could always collect it , box it, then you could arrange a courier, ...just a thought...
