annoying creek

!got a creek on the front end. when i stand up and grip the hoods.every time my left pedal comes over. its doing my head in can anybody help

Tighten the left hand crank.
Could also be the pedal, headset, the bars or even the brake hood which need taken off, greased and re-tightened.
