Google it, but perhaps not while you're at work.

Does anyone else, sorry I mean does anyone have this malady, and are bike saddles combined with highish mileage likely to be a contributory factor?

Thanks, Vernon; I asked here because I didn't really fancy burdening a hard-pressed GP over something essentially cosmetic, but you're right, maybe I should.

Bit embarrassing, though, flashing your saggy old love spuds to a locum.

I'm sure they'll have seen worse...... Besides which, as the lesions can become infected or harbour fungal growth, I would suggest your hard pressed GP would rather give you advice than treat the results of your misplaced coyness.

Fungus? How very dare you, my underparts are a textbook example of personal hygiene

You did frighten me into having a proper look though, and the spots are pretty tiny at present and there aren't a lot of them. They have been far worse, which adds weight to my supposition that saddles may be responsible; I'm on the more forgiving hybrid right now, with its extra padding and more upright stance.

Anyway, we'll see what a GP says.
