Anyone know anything about American classic victory wheels? Are they worth spending money on? Would they be a good upgrade from shimano r500?

They would be a good upgrade, seeing as the weight is slightly lighter than R500. I know that American Classic wheels are high reputable wheels which are good quality too.

How much have you seen them for? I found some for £275 online, so I'd say go for it.

If you want to spend a little less for 100grams heavier, these are a good choice.

Also try the Mavic Ksyrium, great wheels and very reliable.

^ They seem like a right bargain! for £199.

I had some American Classic 420's, lovely wheels, stayed straight and true and ran as smooth as silk. (no need for the ceramic bearings).
