Well I've had 9 in 2 weeks!!!
Even today with new Schwalbes (puncture protected lol) on and new inner tubes, managed a puncture in the back closely followed some 50 minutes later by one in the front.
I'm a dab hand at changing tubes and tyres now but it's definitely wearing a little thin now

So am I the unluckiest cyclist or just bloody well cursed

Are you inflating to rec pressure ? Soft tyres puncture easily

I had 5 punctures (from 5 separate thorns, before the smart comments  ) within a few miles earlier this month.

I was on the tow path of the Kennet & Avon on the day that they were doing the Devizes to Newbury canoe race and the well-worn track was filled with running canoes or spectators so I was up against the hedgerow. Luckily, I had a spare inner-tube and 5 patches with me, just enough to get me to the Hellfords in Newbury where I picked up some new tubes.

I kind of know that feeling

I think that is quite unlucky.

I've managed to pick up a lot of punctures during the winter, but my tyres were wearing thin at that point.A new tyre solved the problem.

I think i got 3 punctures within the space of 1 hour once on a wet and cold winters day.

It's 6100dy infuriating, but the problem will go away - really it will. Been there and don't want to do so again!

In the meantime you have my sympathy.

Where do you lot ride? I've been cycling properly for 10 years and never had one

But then I used to boast that I'd never had to visit a hospital, then at the age of 39 I got taken to one strapped to a back board in a neck brace.... ho hum.

Unlucky, unlucky, I'll tell you what unlucky is.......took my new road bike out that I lovingly built up over the winter for it's second trip out, on easter monday.

Hit a sand trap on a slow corner, front lost it big time and a went down like a sack of s**t

So that's one scratched shifter, pedal and rear mech. Frame is dinged where the front brake came round, and the drive train is full of sand

So that spotless mint machine lasted all of 40 miles, and if my mates hadn't have been with me I'd have howled like a small child

Any sympathy gratefully received
