This may be the wrong place for this thread as I shouldn't really require instructions on how to take off or wash a glove. However, I have come to the end of my tether.

So, I own a pair of these gloves: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/altura-progel-waterproof-gloves/

They are warm, comfortable, well padded and keep my hands dry. Excellent.

However, what is not so excellent is the lining they have - if I don't pinch the glove at the tip of my finger when I remove it, the lining comes loose from the outer shell of the glove. This means it's pretty much impossible to put the garment back on easily, which fills me with a violent rage. Mostly because I know I should have remembered from the last time I forgot to take care. It's the same story after the gloves have been put through the washing machine. The lining and the shell are about as lined up as a pile of hastily discarded spaghetti.

I appreciate that in the grand scheme of things, this is a very trivial issue. If anyone has any ideas on how to solve my woes I would be most appreciative.

How waterproof are they in practice? If not very, then I would be tempted to put a small stitch in the end of each finger to hold the lining in place.

I have the same pair (2012) and they are great gloves but like you I sometimes forget to pinch at the fingers when removing and find myself wrestling the glove to get them back on , I think these would be better if the liner was separate from the glove .

Same problem with mine, especially if my hands are a bit sweaty as they are lovely warm gloves.
I've been known to resort to poking a pointy stick up the finger holes to get the lining back in place.

I've tried the pointy stick approach with mine, but with limited success. I find that the fingers of the linings get tangled and it's a nightmare trying to get them in the right part of the shell.

I've half considered buying some kind of hand mannequin to store them on, but that seems vaguely ridiculous.
