Anyone bought one of these recently? Does anyone know whether it still comes with a yellow elasticated rain cover that you stretch over the pannier when needed? (Bought this pannier a few years back and want another one, but not sure if design has been changed).

I have a set of them (got them in January as I recall). They came with the yellow covers

They're the ones with the little side pouch anyway - although look slightly different from the pic on the page linked (might be last years model pictured).
