The purchase of a "propper" road bike is looming, be it a high end thing or some ebay bargain. So I am fixing up the Hybrid to be the workhorse.

Stuck on the pannier racks today, off to buy bags first thing tomorrow (so I can still get out fishing), have put the bell back on, looking for some more "permanent lights, got mud gaurds ordered


I think I look like a propper hardcore touring warrior now hehe

My problem is I end up 'commuterising' just about every bike I own, just in case I need to cycle to work on it. As a result even my road bike has a rear rack on it .. which I've never used.
