I went into ALDI today to look at the running stuff that someone mentioned on here, only to discover that they had a load of winter biking clothing. I treated myself to a wniter jersey, bottoms, leg warmers and gloves. It looks like good quality stuff, however, time will tell.

Last night I tried the Aldi 3W LED torch as a bike front light.
It's superb. I gaffer-taped it to an old light bracket, and it's fantastic.

My wife went to our ALDI but they had no winter kit for eiother running or cycling. They did have lightweight running tops and bottoms.

sign up for aldi + lidl email newsletters so you know when their stuff is in .

Most of my cycling kit is sourced from them and i find it great for the price, i missed out on the torch as mrs CK was to lazy to go down .

I bought there water proof cycle gloves 3 weeks a go and they are very good.
As said by others though you have to watch the quality some times.

I can categorically state that Aldi cycle clothing is a pain in the posterior!!
Before I bought the short & long sleeved shirts, cycle shorts, long-leg bottoms, arm and leg warmers and soft-shell jackets I just wore whatever fell to hand, with the odd excursion into Ron Hill jogging bottoms in winter.
Now, however, it takes me ten minutes wo decide which combo of arm warmers/shorts/long-sleeved shirt/short-sleeved shirt/long bottoms etc etc etc I need to be at the perfect temperature for my ride in and ride home.
CURSE YOU ALDI!!!!!!!!!

(then again, maybe it's me being indecisive and actually Aldi's cycle clothing does the job very well for the price)
