First thing is get yourself checked. I know you said you were taken to and released from A&E, but some injuries can be slower to show. Whilst this is going on get the bike checked at a bike shop(LBS), saying what has happened.
Make no attempt to ride it there, there may be damage that you cannot see, that might fail as you ride it there.
