Adding Avatar

I've tried adding an avatar to my profile, even though the picture I wish to add is only 34.5KB when I try to upload it tells me that my avatar is too large - above 75KB.

Any idea why this is happening? And how I add the avatar?

Is it the right file format and less than 200 x 200 pixels?

What file format does it need to be? it's a png picture file.

You can either email me the picture or start a Personal Conversaton (Inbox at the top right) and include the picture in our message - and then I'll add it for you.
