Actor Barry Newman dies at 92

I'm sure many won't remember his name but when I mention 'Vanishing Point' I'm sure it will jog a few memories. It was of course the cult petrol head pic from the early seventies. Great film. Spielberg is a big fan.
He plays anti hero Kowalski, hired to drive a fast Dodge Challenger from Denver to San Francisco.

He also starred as Petrocelli in the long running TV series.

One of my favourite films is Fear is the Key, starring Newman. It hasn’t dated well, but I still think is fab.
