OnDecember 1[sup]st[/sup], Active Network will conduct its first Lunch &Learn event in the UK dedicated to the cycling and triathlon industries, whereevent directors, charities, media companies and timers will have the chance tonetwork, listen to industry expert speakers and even be involved in a fun mountainbike ride.
Thisfull day event from 10:30am until 4:30pm will be taking place in Glyncorrwg,Wales at the Dropoff Cafe/Afan Forest Mountain Biking Centre and will include the followingactivities:
- Presentation on how online technology is shaping the events industry
- Round table discussion with the presence of IRONMAN Wales, the ForestryCommission Wales, Human Being Active, Celtic Tri among other industry experts
- Lunch
- Speed networking section amongst attendees and speakers
- Mountain Bike ride
Topicsdiscussed will include industry trends, race directors’ best practices,challenges and the consumer market for the cycling and triathlon industries.
