My legs ache more after 30 miles on the turbo yesterday than after a109 mile ride on the road last month. Why?

They are protesting, get off the turbo and go out into the fresh air on you bike and post more pictures please :tongue:

looking at my stats:rolleyes:...I think i can see why...top speed 54mph:bicycle::wacko:.....and a yes like you say there is no free wheeling going on....i got 'challenged' by some guy in Spain who 'beat me' by .4 of a second...so Im thinking I must be doing ok....I mean he is sure to be half my age, height, weight, be on a faster bike with faster tyres and be super hero fit right??...also that's 30 miles non stop all out hell bent for leather....done if that dilly dallying talking to sheep stuff some get up to I hear...also i was keeping my cadence up....as high as i could even on the hills....and there are huge hills in my living room let me assure you....oh and of course there are no tail winds to benefit from either only head winds....no scrub that ...thats like that outside too...also im in the saddle longer without shifting position so my delicate derrier suffers more.....
