Aching Feet

Hi all
Well to be more specific the balls of my feet
I have been using Shimano cycling shoes with SPD-SL cleats for a while now but unfortunately the balls of my feet are becoming painful
Is it just me or does anyone else suffer with this problem ?
I am thinking of going to toe clips...........what do you think ?
Or maybe some specialist insoles ??

I had this problem, and struggled for months, in the end i went and saw a physio and she suggested a shim in each shoe

Whilst its not gone completely its now manageable and its kind of a work in progress
