Access to things for sale?

I've tried to follow a couple of links to things for sale, but I haven't been allowed in. Is it because I'm new and will I get access automatically once you're happy I'm not a spambot? Or do I get access another way?

Yes, you need a few more posts to gain access to classifieds.

Can you give me any idea of how many posts in order to get access to the classifieds? I have some stuff to sell (grown out of family cycling kit) but am not a big user of forums of any sort - I only tend to post when I need some opinions from fellow cyclists so not very prolific online.

The purpose of requiring more than a couple of posts is so that anyone who wants to sell stuff on CC can be identified as an 'Active Member of CC'. Keep getting involved in the 'chat' part of CC - either by posting your questions, giving us all the benefit of your experience(s) - and yes, you do have plenty that would be of interest to others - and the posts will soon mount up.
