Yep, we've even sent test emails and have been on the phone when people have sent them to us

check the spam box - I almost lost 75 euros worth of festival ticket cos it went straight into the spam box

There's nothing in the spam box.

We can get an email from one person but not fom someone sitting at the next desk

you could try sending a test email to another hotmail address and see if it gets received or not...then at least you know if its a problem with your account or a wider 'issue'.
