A question for those who use Assos T FI.Uno bibs

I'm in the market for a new pair of bib shorts as my Giordana ones are getting some serious bobbles now after two years of use.

Question is, if I spend the extra £30 or so for the Assos T FI.uno shorts, will I get at least as much, if not more use out of them before they need replacing? Spending over £100 on bib shorts seems so wrong, yet if they last 3 to 4 years before wearing out, then I can see the reason for investing in them.

I've got loads of Assos shorts, they all go see through after a few washes but they're very comfortable

i'm now riding mavic/dhb for shorter rides =30 miles or less

classic rapha shorts for longer 60-100 miles unbelievably good, best all day shorts going
and yes very expensive

I couldn't bring myself to do it, so ordered some Castelli Velocissimo Due. Work out just a bit more than what I paid for the Giordana Tenax and seem to get good comments.
