A hundred years and counting...

Must be the time of year leaves me all....philosophical, but it suddenly occurred to me as I took the cover off that between them, my bike and my daughter's - both still very much in daily use - have racked up a century of sterling service, give or take.

Daughter's brake hoods are looking a bit scrappy but...

My three bikes are around 60 years old in total..

Three of mine are over 30 years old, so around the 100 years between them.

Similar, my 3 oldest road bikes (out of a "slightly" larger total) have a combined age of 111 years.

My Kinesis T2 might be my oldest bike now. The T2 was built at the end of 2014, so it'll be just over 10 years old. I that time its done nearly 15,000miles (it was in storage between Feb 19 and April 22).
