Definitely The Wrong Trousers. I love the way Gromit looks despairingly at the camera whenever Wallace says anything.

First time (and ever since!) I saw the bit in A Grand Day where the rocket wouldn't take off and Grommit took the handbrake off, I pee peed meself laughing. Loved em ever since. And yes, you're right, Wrong trousers is a better one.
