I have a Garmin 705 which I use for my bike and a Forerunner 405 which I use for running and climbing activities. I returned from my sojourn to Cyprus and wanted to update all my activities but the ANT+ stick broke as I jiggled it about (hey, mea culpa) in the USB drive. I contacted Garmin who told me I could purchase a replacement which was £41 and I considered it until I remembered it was a tad under a year old so I asked if it were still covered under warranty. They replied that it indeed was covered and a new one was ordered and would take seven working days to arrive. It didn't, it arrived the following day! Now that's good service and Garmin has risen up in my estimation since this action.

My cadence sensor stopped working and after contacting them they said they would send out a new sensor and would be with me in upto 10 days. This was last Friday and it arrived the following Monday! Their support service is second to none!
