A good book ?

The wife has asked me what i want for xmas but i'm not really a personal possesions person,preffering to spend my money on the house,garden or the kids so i'm stuck as to what to ask for,can anyone reccomend a good book about cycling,not really interested in racing so something like touring the world by bike or similar,would love to read about the highs and lows of such an adventure.

The Mark Beaumont book is winging its way from Amazon to land under our xmas tree,any other suggestions please,maybe something humurous?

I enjoyed It's not about the Tapas by Polly Evans and French Revolutions by Tim Moore.

This book really got me into cycling back in march this year...called "You've gone to far this time Sir"
It's 72p on Kindle but £9 in paperback..its good...but im not sure its £9 worth...
