A frightening side effect of jet lag

I've just come back from New Zealand where it is spring. In the UK I have recurrent dreams every spring that I am doing exams and must revise something largely as a result of being on an exam treadmill from the 11+ through to professional finals. Last night, I had a dream that I had one final paper to take to qualify, but I couldn't find the address of the examination hall. :reading:

not jet lag, but I'm getting fed up of what seems like an eternal summer right now.....

So, you're up nice and early in the morning then!

Yes, I got up to go the the exam and then remembered that I passed it about thirty years ago. :reading:

I have a similar recurrent dream that I still need to prepare for an exam :reading: even though I graduated nearly 30 years ago.

Nothing to do with jet lag, but I seem to get dreams the night before a long event that I have forgotten how to cycle.

So it's nothing to do with your subconscious mind finally releasing your suppressed memory when you cheated during your exams?!

I had a dream that my line manager was telling me that my job description now included caring for the aged mother of one of our partners, but I couldn't get a taxi to the care home. I work for an ageing organisation - I need a break!

Not that old chestnut. I still get a dream where I sit down in the exam hall and I haven't got a clue how to answer the questions. Cue panic attack in my sleep.
