i work as a psychatric nurse and am office based, been cycling nearly 12mts and enjoy it very much. im thinking of starting to cycle to work 20 mile round trip. only problem is i need to wear shirt and trousers to work not ideal for cycling. any one reccomend a decent bag to carry my work clothes in without them getting creased?? cheers

Post this in the commuting section and you'll probably get more answers but most folk who need to wear a shirt leave it at work, take the car/ PT the day they are carry clothes and cycle the others. My self I just bought easier care shirts carried them in my pannier and cycled everyday.

Most rucksacks or panniers will work fine and the shirts won't be too creased as long as you roll them properly, although the carrier that MrP linked to does make it easier.

Shoes are the main issue for me, those are about the only things that I leave at work. Everything else I carry daily.

I manage to fit everything into my rucksack, however my shirts do tend to get a little creased!

I think I need to invest in one of those carriers sometime.
