once in a lifetime is an absolute classic, from the lyrical genius to the simple but effective bass line.

The only thing that video did was to warn me not to look for any more of his music!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Top act! ;)

Once in a Life Time, Burning Down the House and Psycho Killer are all classics; my favourite album was Naked! Sublime!

No, sorry, your statement is too bold.

Sax and Violins is pleasant enough, but no more. Mr Byrne has put far better tracks together. Apart from the ones given above, how about Blind or This Must be the Place.

Now those are well put together songs. And that video for Sax and Violins makes it look like a solo performance (perhaps it was?).

And, hey, let's not forget he's a Scot! And that he's done a lot of good solo work. And he is an avid cyclist!

Oh yeah, and the DVD (NOT THE CD!!) "Stop Making Sense", excellent bit of footage even if you don't like the music!
