A blue Goldfish on a bicycle in the Bath

A Blue Goldfish on a bicyle in the Bath Road area of Bristol.

My Auntie has just phoned me from Bristol. She was travelling out along the Bath Road, and spotted a curious incident. There were some handsome men, waiting by a Motorway junction. One looked like a Pirate, the other was wearing what looked like a Sailor's hat. Apparently, upon being quesionned as to why they were lurking within tent, they replied that they were waiting for a Blue Goldfish to arrive on a Bicycle.

One of the men then disappeared at a speed reconned to be Mach 9.1.
Can any members in the South West shed any further light on this.
