I'm looking at getting a torque wrench, does anyone know what kind of range I'd need to make it useful for a bike?

I don't think anyone makes a single torque wrench that covers everything needed on a bike.
The lowest setting you need is 0.7 - 1.5 Nm (the end cap on LHS of Hollowtech II Cranksets)
The highest you need is 35-50 Nm (Crank Bolts on Square Taper/Octalink Cranksets

This might cover the upper end of the range.

I use the 2-24 one most - stem bolts, seatpost clamp esp. Most of the ones sold for bike use have this sort of range. What range is the ALDI one? Got the impression it was for car use mainly.
