99p wipes and pre charged NiMh batteries in Lidl

If no decently stocked pound shop near you Lidl have a motoring offer on at present including packs of 30 wipes, the varieties of which include "Heavy Duty Hand" and "Oil & Grease", the latter seemingly more for use on equipment rather than your hands, the HD Hand ones are described as lifting grease, oil and fuel from hands.

With Christmas stock in store the Special Buys area in my local Lidl has strunk to two quarter length rows so it could be that anything left on Sunday will get moved to make way for Mondays offers which include pre charged MiMH batteries @ £2.99 for 4 AA, or 4 AAA, or 2 C or 2 D or1 PP3 9v

Good deal. Just remember that NiMH batteries are only rated at 1.2v as opposed to 1.5v for alkalines so may not not be quite as bright in high drain lights.

More of the wipes in my local Lidl and quite pleased to see on the receipt they were BOGOF, although I did not notice anything indicated on the shelving.

Still seem to be plenty left and the "Oil & Grease" ones are great for cleaning the bike with.
