9 Speed Shimano Derarailleur's With 10 Speed Shifters/Cassette

I was just wondering about the gears on my Secteur road bike, currently it is all Shimano Tiagra 9 speed except the rear mech (deore 9 speed mtb one) chainset which is a 10 speed Tiagra hollowtech which works faultless with the 9 speed setup. The thing is I have noticed some 105 ten speed shifters on offer and obviously a Tiagra 10 speed cassette would be cheap. Just wondered if 9 speed front and rear mechs would possibly work with everything else 10 speed. Just curious really as if they don't I won't bother as I'm happy with 9 speed. Thanks for any advice.

Will work fine, if you are going to be using a 10 speed chain.
