8 days before I tackle my biggest ride to date, approx 360 miles in 3 days, conveniently about 120 a day.
I am pretty happy about the distance, but just wondered what the best way to prepare in the last week is?
Should I keep up my rides throughout the week (usually a 30 miler a day), or should I not ride alot and just keep up lots of eating?
