A thousand curses on the God of wind!! May the entire peloton of the Tour de' France ride through his vegetable patch!! Note my abysmal average speed. As for the Crab and Winkle way, fine on a mountain bike...on a road bike forget it! Danielle ( the name of my T3) showed her displeasure by transmitting every bump through her delicate frame straight into my arse!!

A great ride no matter the speed.......and yes, I am a fellow wind hater. Would rather ride in pouring rain than wind any day.

A the joys of cycling near the coast. Looks a lovely route. In Ireland we view a head wind as extra training with the miles ^_^

68 miles of God awful wind maybe, but, I bet when you were back home having a nice cuppa I bet you had a sense of "I beat ya windy" !
