6 speed freewheel hub.

Quick question, could I fit a 5 speed freewheel onto the same hub, and would it work?

Yes if you are using a non indexed shifter.

Just make sure the mech is adjusted so it doesn't try and shif to the non existent cog

Cheers guys. It is on the old style friction shifters.

No problem at all then. You might have to set the H and L screws for the new block, but minor adjustment that.
