Hi all !

Just had a quick question....wondering if I will be able to fit two water bottles on a Specialized Dolce Sport 27 2010 Womens Road Bike in 44cm frame size?

I need to know this before I buy it as I'm planning on using it to cycle 100 miles in one day doing a sportive

Many Thanks !

The pic shows two pairs of mounts (one pair on the down tube and another pair on the seat tube)

You would have to get one to fit over the band on front mech though

It's hard to say pursuit -welcome to the forum btw.

I have had a specialized ruby 51cm (sadly no more as both were stolen). I managed to get two bottle cages onto the fittings on the frame. Your bike is significantly smaller. Do you have the dimensions of the bike to hand?

The older I get, the faster I used to be ...
I ride a 44cm Ribble with a sloping top tube. Two cages fit easily*, BUT it is difficult to remove bottles from 'normal' top entry cages due to the restricted clearances within the frame triangle. This would definitely also be the case with the bike pictured. So make sure you fit 'side cage' type cages. *There may also be issues with the cages themselves fouling each other due to lack of space. I found the BBB ones fitted my frame best, but there are a number of makes available (Google 'side cage'. Decathlon sell a very inexpensive version).
