403 message

Hiya,

I get a 403 message when I click on a link or whatever on this forum. As some may have noticed, this has resulted in me duplicate posting, and on top of that, it's annoying, as I sometimes have to click a link several times to get it to 'go through'....

Is there anything I can do? Is there anything you can do?

TBH I get that with my iPhone too - I have to "stop" a page request and then restart it (tap the link again) but I'm not sure what the fix is.

I get this both using 3G (the mobile network internet data delivery thingy) and my wireless connection at home, so it's likely the CC server or the forums software (I suspect the latter as I never had the problem on the old software).

Let's see what version 3.2 brings later in the year.

(You may be able to test it sooner - I am opening a new forum using a different software platform in the next few months. It'll be running on the same server, so if it has the same "glitch" we'll know it's the server).
