40 mile cycle today...AGONY!! Gower, swansea

thought i would start of my cycling year with a nice ride around the Gower, Swansea.
Didnt realise i would do a 40 miler, first ride since November last year...Jump in at the deep end lol.
came across some lovely cyclist on the route,
if any one on here seen a bloke on a bike with hi viz backpack around the gower, that was me lol.

jig saw...just google it, loads of info on there, its a nice easy ride, no rush, just potter around.
chillyuk....starting to recover now, but well pleased i did it, it was fairly quiet on the roads, not much traffick, so i enjoyed it that bit more.
didnt plan my trip, just decided where to go when i came to any junction lol.

Jig, check the bhf website. 3rd July 45 odd miler from swansea to neath and back (I guess).

Tried to get on the Dragon Ride, but it sold out after 24 hours and I didn't realise it was so popular. Love hills and they are few and far between good ones around Windsor, so wanted some south Wales action.

I can't see your ride, it's only available to friends. However I have just learned that if I'm constipated I don't need to worry about pain.

Nice ride P27. I went a bit further but so enjoyed being able to get out on the bike I could have gone for weeks
