3x to 1x Chainring Crossfire 2

So I was wondering if its possible to covert my Carrera Crossfire 2 from a 3x to a 1x Chainring and what/where I should get one from?

Never use the other 2 gears except middle one and the derailer is starting the rust so thought it might be a good idea.

Why don't you carry on as you are and just ignore the unused rings!
