Just been persuaded to enter this ride on Sunday. Any one else riding it? Looks a particularly nasty 67 miles! http://www.buxtonroundtable.co.uk/three-shires/
Don't think there will be huge numbers doing it, will take my own food as I've no idea what the feedstations provide, any one done it before?

Looks a killer. There about 25 plus of us on a CC run to Jodrell on Sunday !

Jodrell sounds much easier! Midland Monster the weekend after, all good training for The Etape.

well it was very wet, we all bailed out at halfway which was back at the start. The thought of heading over the moors to Gun Hill via cat and fiddle while soaked and freezing / shivering was too much. Was a great route until then, succeeded in getting up Winnats into the wind and rain, must be improving as I did the whole thing seated. Will look to add some of the route into my training rides, and have a go at it again next year. well signed, decent grub at start / finish / halfway, hot coffee much appreciated.

Thanks for having a go at it - shame about the weather. Those who completed the second loop had the bonus of hail while going down Gun Hill at 20MPH+ We've booked 18 degrees, sunshine and no wind for next year!
