2nd hand Carrera Vulcan

My son needs a new bike, our local second hand/house clearance shop has one for sale for £95, is this a bargain. Have not had too close an inspection but it appears to be immaculate, almost in as new condition. Not familiar with the make, it is the disc brake version.

I have a Carrera Vulcan disc

They are the better of the two Halfords own brands (the other being Appollo)

Seems like a good bike & if it's in good nick, I would say go for it!

I got mine new form Halfords for £199 on SALE about two years ago. Reading reviews of it, it seemed like an excellent bike for the money, RRP £450+, so I would say it would be a bargain at £95 if it's in great shape.

It sold for £140, too many people buying used bikes at this time of the year
