Cheers Doctor. It's for my cross bike. It's got discs and so instead of having wheels built specifically, I thought if I could get some off the peg, they would be cheaper and quicker to source. Width should be OK as cross tyres are 30-35mm.

Old stanbys include :-
They're old ones, I've had them for ages.
The others were worn out / had cracking round the spokes so they weren't safe.

Personally I just order them. I don't say anything about shoes, clothes or haircuts that cost £50 or more, and I don't get comments about new components, chains, wheels or lycra. Works both ways. Anything really spendy (my new carbon frame springs to mind), we discuss it first. Other than that, we just get on with it.

just a guess, but maybe there are some people about, posing on supposed cross bikes, egged on by marketing departments;)??
