29 er tyres

After the 4th visit in 3 months from the fairy I'm looking at swapping the bontragers on my trek to something more resistant. Only use the bike for commuting on roads so maybe something slimmer than the 2 inch wide tyres i have would be good too.
Do marathon plus tyres come in 29 er size?
Any other suggestions welcome.

29er wheels are the same diameter as 700c road wheels, but you need to consider the rim width to know what tyres will fit. I'd imagine there would be a marathon plus option out there for you though.
