25.4mm handlebars

Hey,

I have a 2010 Langster which has a 25.4mm diameter handlebar.

I had a crash on it a while back and ruined the bar tape. While the underlying metal is only scuffed, I was never keen on the hand position of the stock bars so, rather than getting them rewrapped, I'm looking for a new set of handlebars, ideally bullhorns (or, at a pinch, flat bars with bar ends).

I'm finding it really difficult to find anything which can fit my stem. No-one seems to sell anything other than 31.8mm bars (so-called 'oversized') these days.

Does anyone have any 25.4mm handlebar recommendations?
If not, would it be feasible and relatively straightforward to change my stem to one with a 31.8mm clamping diameter?

Quality 25.4 mm bars are difficult to find, It would probably be a lot easier to replace the stem at the same time, which would give you a wide range of options.

Yeah the stock bars are shocking ey. I used to have the same. Swapped them out for some Nitto B115's, Excellent bars. Then the bike got nicked...
