The ex brother-in-law has come up trump's again tonight after sourcing a one piece 24 mm seat post for my old 83 Peugeot equipe. I hated the old school steel one with its old fashioned scaffold looking seat clamp.. I've just got it fitted and it looks so much better.. I'm having trouble uploading images but if I can ,I will do asap.

I cant upload any images unfortunately but the company he got it from is based in Germany and is called "Studio Brisant" There on eBay but I found it easier to just Google the company name.
I hope is helpful to anybody else looking for one .
