2300 triple shifters

These are from a 2010 Specialized Secteur. They have some scrapes and the paint is worn where my fingers have been shifting. I am looking for £10 + postage (I have no idea what that would be) here are some pics. If you want to see more, let me know. These are by no means new, but are serviceable.
