2018 Giant TCR Advanced Pro 1 Carbon Road Bike M/L Ultegra Groupset - Used. £999.
For sale is my well used Giant. Covered over 4,000 miles and hasn't missed a beat - a true workhorse that has sadly been replaced by an upgrade.
Bike has been well maintained by Giant approved local bike shops, having annual servicing and any maintenance work done by these (e.g. wheel spokes).
Giant made these bikes for a steal, benefitting from Ultegra groupset and rim brakes, carbon frame and forks. Pedals are Shimano PD R540 SPD. Tyres are tubeless Conti GP5000s.
She is showing signs of wear and tear. The frame cosmetically has imperfections (mainly where I had bags tied to it) - mainly the top tube and head tube. Also has a couple of chips elsewhere. Had all these checked by the LBS last time it was in for a service and they are confident that these are all just cosmetic, and bear no impact on the frame beneath. The back wheel has been rebuilt by LBS due to spokes going. Pedals have a fair amount of cosmetic wear. Seat post has protective films in a couple of places as saddle bag wore the last one, so post was replaced with same.
The bike has had no expense spared on maintenance, and I still don't hesitate to jump on it for a pedal if the other one is indisposed. Just isn't getting enough use when it should be! Just be aware that it is by no means perfect cosmetically.
