2016: Living in the future Saddlebag requirements

I need a new saddle bag, waterproof and can hold a Samsung Note 3 phone (large phablet style), 2 CO2 canisters, 2 tubes and a multitool.

I hate having anything in my jersey pockets so I want a decent one.

Any reccomendations?
