Itching to get back on my bike's

2014 one previous owner who bought this through his employers cycle to work scheme and i have a copy of the e mail saying all paid for etc etc.
he bought it to do a 6 day sponsored ride in 2014 and completed that and then did a few local to me bike shop rides before it ended up sitting unused in his shed for over 12 months . So mileage is well less than a 1000 in total since new .
Running standard spec (http://archive.trekbikes.com/us/en/2014/Trek/1_1_h2_compact#/us/en/2014/Trek/1_1_h2_compact/details ) so 2 x 8 claris gearing , Bontrager AT-750 rimmed wheels , Bontrager ti 700 x 25 tyres , 2 bottle cages , 100 mm stem , original white saddle included .
Measures 29 3/4" at lowest point on top tube ans 31" half way along and 21" along the top tube as in pics is set for me at 5ft 10" so i deal for up to 6ft 2" area i would think .
Please note smp saddle , saddle bag , small pump , pedals and light set not included in sale .
