AFAIK you can retro fit electrickery to any bike, but you will need an external wiring kit as the frame is not designed to run it internally, and if you're not careful it could end looking a bit messy.
Personally I wouldn't bother, stick to mechanical as it's far simpler and much cheaper in the long run. IMO electrickery is the answer to a problem that never existed
If you do decide to splurge wads of cash then @Mr Haematocrit is your guy for matters of witchcraft
The Ultegra version of Shimano's Dura Ace Di2. It's actually nice to see someone refer to it correctly rather than generically calling everything with a battery pack Di2
