Don't know which forum is right for this post, but has anyone information on when Felt and Bianchi start rolling out their 2010 models?

Second question, any recommendations LBSs for either brand within a reasonable distance of Norfolk or Hertfordshire?

I've read positive things on here about Madgetts in Diss and they list Bianchi on their website, but Felt is less forthcoming with it's outlets.

Pedal Rev's sell Bianchi's and I think they can also get Felt's but I don't think they stock them.

Why not go to the Cycle Show in London next month to check out all available models?

Thanks. My friend selfishly booked his wedding for the same weekend as the Cycle Show so I can't go. I've seen the lineup on the internet, but it's a case of when I can see them in real life.

I've not heard great things about Ped Rev, which is a shame as they stock good stuff. I'd rather travel a bit for some customer service with my purchase.

Well I guess everywhere has their bad day, but I'd say for every 1 person moaning about Ped Rev I've heard over 30 complement their service, personally I've never had a complaint with them, yes when they are busy they don't really have a lot of time but when quieter they have spend more than enough time with me. They even got several bikes out so I could test them on the turbo, and they knew I wasn't buying that day rather narrowing down what I wanted.

Madgetts on the other hand, when my chain broke in Diss on a club ride, sold me a chain but said I had to buy a chain tool if I wanted to shorten it, or pay them £20 for them to do it, as I was over a barrel so to speak I fitted the chain full length and rode home to shorten it, next time I'll walk back from Diss rather than spend a penny there, but I also know loads who swear by their service
